Today, 62% of our work takes place outside France, with a rapidly expanding network of offices across the globe. Our ownership structure is led by three key shareholders:

• Tikehau Capital (40%) via its T2 Energy Transition fund.
• Caisse des Dépôts (34%), a key partner in our growth.
• Partner Managers and Employees (26%) through Egis Partenaires and a Corporate Mutual Fund share.
