“Mr. Ali Al Saleh” who established the Fire Department in Kuwai in the year 1952, the first of it kind of the region. He was educated and trained in Europe & USA, he has obtained recognition and membership from most of the international Organication functioning in the fields of fire fighting prevention, safety & civil defense.
