Oula Steel was the first steel plant in Kuwait to be licensed during the late 1990’s as an integrated steel operation for scrap processing, melting, and rolling. It has been operating since the fourth quarter of 2003 and was the first plant within the GCC to dedicate 100% of its production of steel billets to sales within the region. It produces various grades and sizes of steel billets for the local and regional market.
